Responsibilities

Join our financial services practice focusing on corporate transactional and regulatory work involving both new and established companies in the token, digital & technology, blockchain and cryptocurrency space
Concentrate on matters involving blockchain, venture financings, digital assets, payments, lending, fund formation, alternative lending, regulatory enforcement work, and counseling clients on process and compliance matters
Represent emerging and growth-stage companies at the forefront of the financial services industry’s digital transformation, as well as traditional financial and technology companies seeking to enter the fintech space

Qualification

Corporate finance transactionsBlockchain experienceBar membershipLegal research skillsAnalytical skillsProblem-solving skillsCommunication skills

Required

Four to seven years of solid corporate finance transactions experience with a focus on blockchain
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent legal research and analytical skills
Effective and efficient problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently and proactively, and to develop creative solutions to meet client and team needs
Bar membership in good standing in the jurisdiction you plan to practice
