Responsibilities
Build target dossiers and investigative files from minimal data points
Fuse OSINT/SIGINT with private investigative methods (records, skip tracing, surveillance, interviews)
Deliver concise, actionable briefs to EP and GSOC operators
Conduct lawful surveillance, records pulls, and evidence handling with chain-of-custody
Flag emerging threats to safety, security, or reputation
Qualification
Required
OSINT/SIGINT background (military, LE, corporate intel, or PI)
Active PI license in at least one state (or ability to obtain quickly)
Proficiency with investigative databases (CLEAR, Accurint, TLOxp, PACER)
Familiarity with OSINT/SIGINT tools (Maltego, Shodan, SDR platforms)
Strong writing skills — operational, concise, source-validated
U.S. work eligibility + ability to pass enhanced background screening
Preferred
ArcGIS/Esri geospatial skills
Prior EP/GSOC support experience
