Assisting customers with navigating the company website

Answering general customer account related questions

Providing some light technical support

Working on assigned projects

Packaging documents for mailing

Required

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Excellent customer service skills

Must be clear and articulate on the phone

Exceptional attention to detail and troubleshooting skills

Basic computer skills including Microsoft, Gmail and Adobe

Flexible Scheduling with rotating shifts, including some Saturdays

Able to work a minimum of 20-29 hours per week

Must be fully fluent in Spanish

Ability to lift up to 25lbs
