Responsibilities
Manage a team of project managers
Prepare budgets, schedules, and revenue projections
Work with in-house proprietary technology and analytical toolkits
Provide support for general projects and client account management
Assist with client report writing and presentations
Support all business development efforts to the Executive’s, Specialty Practice Leaders and Market Leaders
Drive business development efforts across the different lines within Newmark
Support the local real estate brokers in pursuit of new business
Research opportunities to increase our client list including analyzing ways to become appraisers of record
Support all major client presentations
Provide sales support for key pursuits and business development activities
May perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture
Minimum of 10 years of experience in a business, corporate/management, or commercial construction
Strong written and verbal communication skills required
Proficiency with technology and client service tools; PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Word and VISIO/CAD CAM related project management and process mapping packages
