Responsibilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and prioritize features that align with business goals
Develop and maintain a clear product roadmap that communicates the vision and direction of the product
Engage in requirements gathering sessions to translate user needs into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria
Utilize tools such as Jira, TFS, and VersionOne to manage project workflows and track progress effectively
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) to validate that the product meets specified requirements before launch
Lead wireframing sessions using Balsamiq to visualize product features and enhance user experience
Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product enhancements and new feature development
Foster strong communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals, timelines, and deliverables
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in product management or ownership within an Agile environment
Strong analytical skills with a solid understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes
Preferred
Familiarity with AWS services, APIs, mobile applications, Java, SQL, HTML, Git, UML, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Looker, SaaS solutions, Internet of Things (IoT), B2B sales strategies, IT governance practices
Experience leading projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent leadership abilities combined with outstanding communication skills to effectively convey complex concepts to diverse audiences
