Responsibilities

Lead FP&A to monitor performance, develop financial strategies, and support decision-making
Partner with executive and business unit leaders to drive strategic initiatives
Oversee financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting using advanced analytics tools
Develop and implement policies for accurate financial data collection and analysis
Manage risk, internal controls, and audit readiness for regulatory compliance
Mentor and develop the FP&A team, fostering continuous improvement
Drive change management and process improvements, especially in PE-backed environments
Communicate complex financial insights to stakeholders at all levels

Required

Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
10+ years of related discipline
A combination of education and experience equivalent to above
Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills
Must have experience in government contracting (GovCon), including familiarity with FAR, CAS, and compliance requirements
U.S. Persons per ITAR required
US citizenship required to obtain/maintain a DOD security clearance

Preferred

MBA/advanced degree preferred
Advanced knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, forecasting, and modeling
Proven success in FP&A process improvements, automation, and analytics
Experience with Deltek CostPoint, BI, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
Prior experience in PE-backed companies required
May be required to travel up to 10% of the time
Knowledge of various contract vehicles, procurement processes and sub-contracting procedures
