Responsibilities

Conducting in-depth research and preparing comprehensive documents and presentations for rating committees

Attending rating committee meetings alongside senior analysts as assigned

Demonstrating a solid understanding of ratings criteria and financial statement analysis

Assisting in the collection and analysis of data for special projects

Collaborating with analysts to publish periodic thought leadership articles

Required

Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, government/public policy, or a related field

2+ years' experience

Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis, including cash flow and credit models

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage confidently with clients

High proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Willingness to learn through both formal training and hands-on experience

Adaptability to handle changing priorities and complex situations

Creativity to bring innovative ideas to improve processes and outcomes

Ability to thrive in a deadline-driven environment while managing multiple priorities with organization and attention to detail

Preferred
