Responsibilities

Prepare and analyze MBU KPIs, financial statements, and cost, margin, and revenue trends

Support forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, as well as quarterly sales (SIOP) forecasts and annual cost updates

Partner with sales, marketing, sourcing, engineering, and manufacturing to evaluate capital projects, support product development opportunities, and conduct pricing and competitive analysis

Build dashboards in Excel or Tableau/DOMO

Review variances to plan

Analyze product and operational costs to identify improvement opportunities

Prepare data-driven recommendations for management

Work with third-party data providers to prepare industry and government business reports and support cross-functional projects and improvement initiatives

Required

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance

1–3 years of experience in financial analysis

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to summarize findings clearly

Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint

Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work across all levels and departments
