The AUM & Flows Reporting team is seeking an Associate to ensure the accuracy, consistency, and timely delivery of assets under management (AUM) and flow data across the firm, supporting internal stakeholders and regulatory reporting.

Responsibilities

Assist in the production of daily, weekly, and monthly AUM and flow reports across key business dimensions
Perform initial data checks and coordinate with senior team members to resolve discrepancies
Support responses to internal inquiries related to AUM and flows
Execute standard data validation and reconciliation processes
Help maintain documentation and ensure consistency with internal data policies
Contribute to the testing and rollout of automated workflows and reporting tools
Identify opportunities to reduce manual processes and improve data accuracy
Support the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
Assist in preparing materials and insights for business stakeholders

Required

2–3 years of experience in financial reporting, data analysis, or asset management operations
Familiarity with AUM and flow concepts and investment product structures
Proficiency in Excel; exposure to SQL, Alteryx, or BI tools is a plus
Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and eagerness to learn
Effective communicator with a collaborative mindset
