They are seeking an Information Technology Requirements Manager to evaluate technical assessments and coordinate cost impacts for SIGINT and GEOINT mission customers, while translating mission needs into requirements for technical implementation.

Responsibilities

Work independently as well as within a team

Proactively coordinate, research, and evaluate customer proposed needs

Facilitate Technical Exchange Meetings with mission customers

Participate in customer design review meetings on IT services

Evaluate and quantify technical assessments and coordinate cost impact assessments with Subject Matter Experts for future use of IT by SIGINT and GEOINT mission customers

Strategically assesses the customer’s vision against customer needs to seek opportunities to influence and improve IT service delivery options

Assist customers with evaluating IT service demand against available service provider roadmaps in an effort to help prioritize IT expansion verses recapitalization investments

Perform as a change agent focused on translating customer needs into IT service provider requirements

When requirements increase/change after the baseline approval, inform customers of the need to update system requirements and appropriate inter-organization funding, or Un-Funded Request (UFR) definitions; and notify the appropriate Program Management Offices

Active TS/SCI security clearance with CI Polygraph
