Responsibilities
Leading the development of annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans for assigned business units
Coordinating with cross-functional teams to build accurate, driver-based financial models
Performing monthly and quarterly variance analysis versus plan, forecast, and prior year
Preparing management reporting packages with key performance metrics and actionable insights
Partnering with business leaders to assess profitability, pricing, and cost-to-serve initiatives
Conducting scenario modeling, investment valuation (NPV/IRR/ROI), and ad hoc financial analyses
Enhancing financial reporting efficiency through automation and system optimization (Excel, Power BI, D365, OneStream)
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business (MBA, CPA, or CFA a plus)
4–7 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience, ideally within a multi-business or manufacturing environment
Strong analytical, modeling, and financial storytelling skills
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with Power BI, preferred
Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis for P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
Strong business partnering, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills
Preferred
Knowledge of U.S. GAAP principles preferred
