Responsibilities
Responsible for assisting the teacher in preparing and conducting classroom activities which provide a developmentally age and stage appropriate curriculum, utilizing developmentally appropriate practices as outlined in the Program’s philosophy and Creative Curriculum
Qualification
Required
High School diploma or equivalent
Must obtain and maintain a current certificate of completion for infant and child cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) within 3 months of hire
Certificate of completion of shaken baby syndrome training prior to working in the center
Preferred
Two courses in Early Childhood Education through an institute of higher education
Six months related work experience working directly with children
