Responsibilities

Lead the installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of advanced security systems, including integrated platforms with multiple security components

Provide technical support for escalated service requests and address advanced technical challenges

Oversee and conduct system inspections, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements

Mentor and train junior technicians, providing guidance on best practices and troubleshooting techniques

Collaborate with project managers, clients, and team members to ensure efficient project completion

Develop and maintain documentation on complex installations, maintenance, and technical solutions

Stay current with industry advancements, product updates, and emerging technologies

Perform other job-related duties as assigned

Required

7+ years of experience in the security industry, with a focus on advanced technical support and system installations

Proficiency in security software, system integration, and network configuration

Excellent leadership and mentorship skills

Strong diagnostic skills with the ability to resolve complex technical issues

Ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members

Able to safely work at heights on ladders and aerial lifts

Ability to lift and move up to 50 lbs. and occasionally lift and move up to 100 lbs

Must be comfortable standing for long periods of time and complete overhead work for long periods of time

Must have a current, valid driver's license in the state of which you are applying and have the ability to meet our company driving standards

Preferred

Associate degree or equivalent technical training in electronics, IT, or a related field; industry certifications (e.g., NICET, CompTIA) are preferred
