They are seeking an Immigration Paralegal to manage Italian Citizenship Application projects and assist customers with their applications. The role involves conducting research, procuring vital records, and presenting completed application portfolios to clients.

Responsibilities
Administratively manage Italian Citizenship Application 'Start-to-Finish' projects, including ongoing communication to clients & client family members
Conduct research for customer’s required documentation (U.S. vital records & Naturalization Records, and Italian vital records) through available online databases and government sources
Procure US Vital Records (including birth/marriage/death/divorce papers, international Apostilles, and Naturalization documents) from USCIS/Homeland Security, National Archives, State and Local Vital Record departments, etc
Present completed application portfolios to the respective clients
Qualification
Required
Experience with administrative work and order processing, including communicating with government agencies, lawyers, and clients
Experience working with USCIS, immigration and citizenship processes, family law
Ability to multitask, be detail-oriented, focused, and have strong organizational skills
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and Power Point), Microsoft Teams, and SharePoint
Strong communication skills (both verbal and writing) in English
Certification in paralegal studies or equivalent experience in US Immigration processes
Knowledge of Italian Immigration Laws and Procedures
Preferred
Fluency in reading, writing and speaking Italian
