VP of Strategic Pricing and Contract Management
Grupo EULEN USA is the U.S. division of a multinational company specializing in outsourced services, particularly in aviation and facilities management. The Vice President of Strategic Pricing and Contract Management will lead the development and execution of commercial strategies, oversee contract negotiations, and enhance client relationships to drive sustainable profitability and growth across the company's diverse portfolio.

Responsibilities
Spearhead the development and execution of robust commercial, pricing, and contract strategies to drive company growth and maximize profitability
Ensure pricing models accurately reflect market conditions, operational costs, and strategic positioning within the services offered by Eulen
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
Lead and oversee high-value contract negotiations, ensuring optimal terms and value creation
Build and maintain trusted relationships with procurement teams and key stakeholders to achieve mutually beneficial outcomes
Ensure all customer and vendor contracts comply with company standards, legal requirements, and risk thresholds
Lead the development of competitive, compliant, and profitable proposals and tenders
Implement standardized proposal formats and pricing methodologies to ensure consistency, transparency and efficiency across all bids
Oversee the review of major bids and contract renewals to ensure alignment with commercial objectives
Establish standardized templates, approval workflows, and contract lifecycle management processes to ensure consistency and efficiency
Maintain strong governance over pricing assumptions, escalation models, and commercial risk management
Conduct comprehensive analysis of market trends, competitor pricing strategies, and cost structures to support strategic initiatives and enhance competitive positioning
Provide financial forecasting and margin analysis to guide executive decision-making
Collaborate with finance, sales, operations, and procurement to align commercial activities with business goals
Provide strategic support to procurement and operations teams, driving initiatives that optimize cost control and enhance service delivery efficiency
Continuously monitor contract performance and post-award profitability
Proactively identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance margins and mitigate risk exposure
Build, mentor, and empower a high-performing team of pricing analysts and contract managers
Champion a culture of analytical excellence, cross-functional collaboration, and accountability across all commercial functions
Establish and nurture strong, trust-based relationships with clients to support long-term business success
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or Engineering required
12–15+ years of progressive leadership in pricing, contract management, or commercial strategy, ideally within ground handling services, facility services, or related B2B service industries
Demonstrated success in leading complex, multimillion-dollar negotiations and long-term service agreements
Experience implementing pricing analytics tools or contract lifecycle management (CLM) systems
Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of pricing strategy and margin management
Exceptional negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Strategic thinker with hands-on operational and financial insight
Proven ability to articulate and position the company's value proposition to key clients and partners
Collaborative leadership style with a track record of building and developing high-performance teams
Must be able to travel domestically and internationally (primarily in the U.S and Caribbean)
