Senior Manager Total Rewards

Confidential Global is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards to strategically lead compensation and benefits programs for the organization. This role involves enhancing the design, implementation, and administration of compensation, benefits, and payroll while managing a team.

Responsibilities

Enhance the comprehensive total rewards program that supports the company's strategic goals and values
Manage and develop compensation programs
Lead the annual compensation review process, including salary and bonus calculations
Oversee the administration of all benefits plans, including enrollment and vendor management
Manage relationships with external vendors and brokers, ensuring optimal value and cost efficiency
Develop communication strategies to enhance employee understanding and appreciation of total rewards programs
Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
Support employees on compensation and benefits-related issues, providing expert guidance and solutions
Responsible for company payroll processing and operations while ensuring compliance
Maintain oversight and review of 401K retirement plan
Conduct market pricing and compensation analyses to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness
Prepare and present total rewards data, insights, and recommendations to senior leadership

Required

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
10+ years of increased experience in Total Rewards, with at least 3 years in a managerial or leadership role
Proven experience in designing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs
Strong understanding of compensation principles, market pricing methodologies, and job evaluation techniques
In-depth knowledge of various benefits plans, including health and retirement
Experience with HRIS systems and compensation management tools
Strong technology and analytical skills
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information with discretion
