Responsibilities
Planning, directing, and monitoring all aspects of projects with high degrees of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design, construction services, and commissioning
Leading a multidiscipline team to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets
Helping advance business development strategies
Mentoring and coaching early and mid-career engineers and designers
Nurturing existing and developing new relationships to identify new opportunities for service
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
A minimum of 5 years of experience in direct management of project teams
Professional Engineer (P.E.) License
Proven experience in planning and designing small to large projects
Preferred
Proven experience managing teams of design, scientific, and technology professionals
Strong network with local municipalities, private utilities, and other water/wastewater, conveyance, and water resources clients
Active in a professional organization
Master's degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering
