Responsibilities

Develop and execute strategic account plans to meet and exceed sales goals

Partner with internal teams and vendors to deliver comprehensive customer solutions

Leverage CRM tools and analytics to identify new business opportunities

Build and maintain trusted relationships with key decision-makers and partners

Lead initiatives that drive continuous improvement and customer satisfaction

Represent the Kirby Risk brand with professionalism and integrity in every interaction

Create and Execute Business Strategy: Develop and implement strategic account plans that position our organization as a trusted partner for major data center clients and ecosystem partners

Leverage Industry Network: Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers across enterprise data centers, construction firms, contractors, and integrators to accelerate opportunity creation

Drive Opportunity Pipeline and Revenue Growth: Partner with account managers to identify, pursue, and convert opportunities through consultative selling and strategic engagement

Promote Services and Capabilities: Utilize our full suite of solutions and services to create new opportunities and deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs

Negotiate and Close Strategic Deals: Ensure agreements align with company goals and client requirements while fostering long-term partnerships

Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Maintain expertise in emerging technologies, competitive landscape, and evolving data center strategies
