Responsibilities

Evaluates market potential and develops short and long-term sales strategies for all assigned independent Kinetico dealers

Assists independent Kinetico dealer with the development and execution of a business and marketing plan. Identifies opportunities to improve sales, provides specific guidance or recommends resources to achieve sales goals

Plans and executes meetings that inform dealers on Kinetico endeavors, builds peer relationships, and shares ideas and best practices

Identifies the technical or sales training needs of each independent dealer and coordinates access to Kinetico training and product support resources

Collaborates with other Dealer Development Managers, and Kinetico commercial and direct to consumer sales managers to create and support best practices that reflect the One Kinetico initiative

Recruits new dealers where opportunities develop
