Responsibilities

Inspect parts visually and dimensionally to ensure that the product meets the specifications, including first articles, first-piece inspection, in-process, and final inspection

Documents, reviews, and maintains documentation related to manufacturing, quality control, and quality assurance. (Includes physical and digital format)

Maintain production team accountability and accuracy for inspection reports and specification compliance

Support the culture of continuous improvement and personal accountability within the production departments, focusing on eliminating NCRs and Scrap

Support non-conformances and corrective action investigations as part of the MRB Department team

Support the development and compliance of QC processes/procedures/requirements, including the training and assistance of production personnel

Maintain the condition, calibration, cleanliness, and organization of inspection tools, equipment, and record files

Support all other quality department activities as needed
