VP Market Leader Sales Executive-Single Specialty Segment

They are seeking a Vice President, Market Leader to drive sales efforts within the Single-Specialty provider market segment, focusing on hunting new opportunities and leading change management for healthcare providers implementing IKS solutions.

Responsibilities

Lead Hunting and Cross-Sell Efforts, spearhead sales efforts targeting Single Specialty Physician Practices with at least 75 providers or more and drive cross-sell initiatives
Demonstrated sales success with enterprise RCM SaaS related solutions and services within most of the following specialty areas: Cardiology; Urology; GI; Physical Therapy; Orthopedic; and Women’s Health
Engage with executives, reinforcing value and strategically cross-selling; laying the groundwork for executive-level relationships
Grasp the intricacies of customers' challenges, and then craft collaborative strategies to surmount them
Offer industry insights to the business and product leaders, ensuring the Company's solutions remain at the forefront

Required

Possess an Undergraduate or Master's degree
Minimum 10 years of experience in a leadership position in the healthcare space in sales or as a healthcare provider consultant (ambulatory, acute, and value-based care)
Demonstrated success with an RCM SaaS sales track record of $2M+ annual quota achievement (at minimum)
Must have experience selling into single specialty practices (75 or more providers) in Cardiology; Urology; GI; Physical Therapy; Orthopedic; and Women's Health, nationwide
Embody problem-solving prowess, adeptly simplifying complex information for change transformation efforts
Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Revenue Cycle Management and Revenue Optimization principles, SaaS and solutions for healthcare providers
Strong history of relevant understanding of the healthcare industry in general
