Responsibilities
Lead Rillet implementations from kickoff to go-live, helping CFOs and Controllers modernize their finance operations with AI
Design and configure solutions that translate complex accounting workflows into simple, scalable systems
Build the playbook—document best practices, refine delivery processes, and help scale our consulting practice
Support sales, ensuring a seamless handoff and clear scoping for new clients
Deliver excellence—projects on time, customers delighted, and systems that work the first time
Stay curious—continuously learn new tools, automations, and workflows that push what’s possible in modern finance systems
Qualification
Required
3-5 years of experience in accounting, finance, or ERP implementation—ideally in SaaS or technology-driven businesses
Hands-on accounting background (public audit/assurance or industry GL, Revenue, or Consolidations) with a strong grasp of US GAAP and the full close process
ERP fluency—comfortable working in systems like NetSuite or Sage Intacct, and quick to learn next-gen platforms like Rillet
Proven ability to translate accounting and operational workflows into scalable, automated solutions
Strong project management and communication skills; you can manage multiple implementations, earn trust with CFOs, and deliver results on time
Ownership mindset—you thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments and take pride in building things the right way
Preferred
CPA (active or inactive)
Prior client-facing or consulting experience
Familiarity with ASC 606 / SaaS revenue recognition
