Responsibilities

Develop and maintain valuation models using industry research, financial analysis, and client data to support inventory appraisals across various sectors

Conduct due diligence and data validation to ensure accuracy of client-provided information, while managing multiple valuation projects from start to finish

Prepare comprehensive appraisal reports that include both quantitative findings and narrative summaries, clearly communicating valuation rationale to clients

Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including clients, banks, and appraised companies, to clarify data and address business challenges

Lead client calls and site inspections to gather operational insights, confirm key assumptions, and verify back-up exhibits for valuation support

Maintain internal databases and systems, ensuring timely updates to job details, contact information, and valuation records for reporting and quality assurance

Required

Bachelor of Business Administration or Bachelor of Science in a related field or equivalent experience with a concentration in business, finance, accounting or economics

Demonstrated advanced proficiency with computer applications in a Microsoft Windows-based environment

Proficiency with MS Excel and Word is required

Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

A high degree of integrity and business acumen is required

Use of problem-solving capabilities to look in-depth at information pertaining to a job is required

Comprehensive understanding of financial statements is essential, including allocation of overhead expenses

Ability and willingness to thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment handling multiple projects is essential
