Responsibilities
Manages the execution of multiple digital projects in tandem from start to finish
Be comfortable leading projects across a variety of services, including website design & development, web content management, social media, eCommerce, and digital strategy
Collaborates and coordinates on required testing/validation of system modifications, including creating test cases as needed
Ensures issues are identified, tracked, reported, analyzed and resolved in a timely manner, and determines if escalation is required while retaining ownership throughout
Complete documentation for project development efforts (including use cases, requirements, test plans, and process maps) and work closely with development team and business teams to ensure successful implementation
Decompose high-level information into details and abstract up from low-level information to resolve solution vs. requirements conflicts
Supports the project lead to identify best practices for project requirements, estimations, and timelines
Able to provide guidance to junior employees
Understand our technology stack and ensure that it aligns to our clients’ needs
Research new technology
Qualification
Required
5+ years of Technology Analyst / Business Systems Analyst experience
5+ years of SDLC experience
3+ years of web experience
2+ years of experience in project management, at a consulting firm or digital agency
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or Computer Science
Excellent communication, technical, analytical and problem-solving skills with a sense of urgency and commitment to accuracy and the ability to handle ambiguity
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and a desire to work in a challenging position
Detail oriented
The ability to learn quickly, self-start and ask key questions ahead of deadlines
Proficient in digital experience platforms and the underlying technology for the purpose web sites, social media, and eCommerce
Skilled in MS Office and project management/collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Slack/Teams, Git, MS Project, etc.)
Must be able to work in a hybrid working model (remote and on-site)
Able to come on site in New Jersey
Authorized to work in US without sponsorship

Preferred
Minimum of 6 months of web coding experience on a project
Have a passion for technology
Experience with Jira, CMS, React, PHP, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, website manual/automated testing, and web/mobile related technologies preferred
Knowledge of front-end frameworks (i.e. Bootstrap) and experience working with responsive and adaptive designs
Big Consulting, Vercel, and Contentful experience is a plus
