NMA (Neuromonitoring Associates) is seeking a Clinical Team Lead to assist the Clinical Manager in overseeing accounts and Neurotechnologists. This role is essential for enhancing customer service and employee engagement, acting as a liaison between management and staff while ensuring effective communication and service at accounts.

Responsibilities

Fulfill all functions of the Neurotechnologist role
Participate in educating NTs and assisting in training other NTs within the region
Provide support to NTs both in and out of the operating room
Collaborate with the management team to communicate new policies and procedures to NTs and relay any NT concerns to management
Develop and maintain relationships with key account personnel
Work with the Clinical Manager to ensure adherence to all company policies and procedures
Implement customer service programs within assigned accounts
Participate in weekend/PM call rotation
Assist in maintaining team credentials and identify needs for additional credentialing
Assign case coverage within the team as needed
Travel as required

Required

Neurotechnologist (NT) designation
Experience in overseeing accounts and responsibilities
Ability to assist in training and educating NTs
Support experience for NTs in and out of the operating room

Knowledge of company policies and procedures
Experience in implementing customer service programs
