Responsibilities
Lead and coach multiple agile teams in the Scrum methodology to enhance their performance and productivity
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews to ensure effective collaboration
Collaborate with product owners to prioritize backlogs and ensure clarity in requirements gathering for successful project implementation
Monitor project progress using project management software such as Jira and VersionOne, ensuring timely delivery of milestones
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by encouraging feedback and implementing test-driven development practices
Manage stakeholder communication effectively, ensuring transparency throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
Utilize your expertise in project management methodologies like PMBOK and SAFe to guide teams through various phases of project execution
Support user acceptance testing (UAT) processes to validate that deliverables meet business needs
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within an agile environment
Strong understanding of agile methodologies including Kanban and Waterfall
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Visio for documentation and reporting
Preferred
Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS and familiarity with IT infrastructure concepts
Knowledge of databases like SQL or Oracle for effective data management during projects
Strong analytical skills with a knack for problem-solving and time management
Exceptional leadership qualities combined with outstanding communication and negotiation skills
