Customer Development Manager

Achieve sales, unit, and gross profit goals within assigned accounts and territory
Develop and implement annual sales and marketing plans to drive revenue growth
Identify new business opportunities and execute strategies to expand ATD’s footprint
Build and maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders
Utilize advanced analytics tools to analyze customer needs and deliver actionable insights
Provide business solutions that directly impact customer profitability and operational efficiency
Maximize sales opportunities through personal visits and virtual engagement
Maintain accurate and timely records of contacts and activities in CRM systems
Communicate relevant programs, promotions, and initiatives to customers
Partner with internal teams and external vendors to enhance customer experience
Gather and share market intelligence, competitive information, and best practices
Contribute to the development and execution of sales playbooks and strategic initiatives

Required

High School or GED degree
2 years of related experience preferred
