Control Board Operator
Airgas is a leading U.S. supplier of industrial, medical and specialty gases. The Control Board Operator will be responsible for the remote operation and control of equipment used in air separation and carbon dioxide plants, including monitoring and troubleshooting plant systems and providing on-site support as needed.

Responsibilities
Responsible for the day to day remote operation and control of equipment used in air separation, vacuum swing absorption, and carbon dioxide plants for multiple sites across the United States from a central location
Accountable for the remote monitoring and troubleshooting of plant mechanical, instrumentation, and electrical devices and equipment
Work hand in hand with engineering personnel in assisting field technicians with the identification and correction of ongoing plant issues and inefficiencies
Periodically provide on-site field support to various types of processing plants in order to support startups, training and leave coverage for normal production technicians
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
Previous electrical or controls experience (SCADA/HMI/PLC)
2 plus years experience operating a control board in a plant setting
Preferred
Air Separation/CO2 Plant experience preferred
Electrical/ Instrumentation background is a plus
