Responsibilities

Support the project sales and project management teams in engineering and design, energy calculations, and document development (RFQ/RFP responses, proposals, and marketing collateral)

Meet regularly with project teams to review short-interval plans, RFI’s, change orders, purchase orders, and labor reports; provide technical and administrative support as needed

Assist with project turnover, start-up planning, coordination, and execution

Monitor and assist with cost control; identify productivity issues and communicate with the project manager or sales representative to address them

Support the preparation and presentation of monthly profit forecasts and reviews, including identifying corrective actions to resolve quality, safety, productivity, or profitability concerns

Establish and maintain collaborative relationships with owners, general contractors, subcontractors, and vendors, ensuring timely, accurate, and complete communication

Coordinate with Rieck departments to ensure the timely delivery of materials, information, and manpower

Provide accurate and timely information to senior leadership as requested

Required

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Preferred

Bachelor's degree (BS) in a construction or engineering-related discipline, or five years of related trade experience/training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Ability to research the marketplace, identify target customers, and support individualized sales and marketing efforts

Strong relationship-building skills, both internally and externally

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail

Experience managing complex or emotionally charged customer situations

Proficiency in Autodesk, AutoCAD, and Revit

Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
