Responsibilities

Client & Vendor Relations: Act as a key contact for client relationship building and management, as well as maintaining strong working relationships with vendors

Marketing & Social Media: Manage and execute the company's social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn) and assist with various marketing initiatives

Creative Support: Assist the creative team by working on graphic projects and preparing files for production

Logistics & Field Operations: Travel frequently throughout the South Florida area for client meetings, site surveys, and vendor visits (requires reliable personal transportation). Participate in physical production and installation of large-format graphics, requiring an average of 5-10 hours of outdoor physical labor per week

Business Systems: Utilize core software to manage projects, handle accounting data, and prepare client-facing documents
