Tennessee Board of Regents (TBR) is seeking Lab Monitors to assist IT staff with managing and re-imaging PCs, providing general desktop support, and staffing the helpdesk. This temporary position involves monitoring computer labs and assisting users with basic technology questions, ensuring a clean and functional environment.

Responsibilities

Assist IT staff with managing and re-imaging pc’s, general desktop support (setups, moves), staff the helpdesk as needed, and assist users with 1st level technology issues

Responsibilities include monitoring and cleanup of pc labs, and assisting other students, staff and faculty with basic technology questions

Students will periodically check inventory and ensure computer labs are in good working order and clean
