Responsibilities
Lead alignment of project delivery expectations, tools, and standards so your teams can deliver with excellence every time
Strengthen relationships across disciplines, helping your colleagues grow their technical expertise and communication skills
Coach project managers to lead confidently, delegate effectively, and elevate both the client and team experience
Guide improvements in documentation, QA/QC, and cross-office coordination that reflect your passion for quality and consistency
Influence operational strategy, helping Shive-Hattery’s leadership team connect delivery innovation with business success
Qualification
Required
You are an architect or engineer with at least 15 years of experience leading complex, multidisciplinary projects
You've mastered the art of aligning people and processes and are now ready to elevate an entire organization's delivery culture
You thrive on collaboration, mentorship, and continuous improvement
You understand the business of design and the value of innovation
You see project delivery not just as execution — but as strategy
