Responsibilities
Inspecting HVAC and plumbing jobs, including installation for quality, safety, and cleanliness
Partner with service manager and safety manager to ensure line of business policies are being followed in the field
Responsible for creating a structure and process that includes job site visits to inspect S&R; maintenance and installation of equipment for quality; potential hazards; cleanliness; ensure customers receive copy of work order, permits, and new furnace stickers to track maintenance and repairs
Take photos and document findings with action plan of any follow up activities and report up to management
Qualification
Required
5+ years HVAC installation and field experience
Organizational and time management skills
Good interpersonal skills to be able to lead direct reports in a positive, effective way that results in engaged employees and high-quality performance
Comfortable with technology, including software and report-writing knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites
iPad use
High School diploma/GED required and HVAC certification OR Vocational/skill training experience in HVAC in lieu of certification
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent work experience) required
