Receive incoming calls in professional & courteous manner while providing excellent customer service

Scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians

Maintain sales friendly mindset to explain & promote our club memberships

Complete work orders & return customer calls

Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions

High School Diploma or equivalent
