Responsibilities
Receive incoming calls in professional & courteous manner while providing excellent customer service
Scheduling appointments and dispatching technicians
Maintain sales friendly mindset to explain & promote our club memberships
Complete work orders & return customer calls
Perform other duties as needed which may include cross-training in related positions
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent
Self-motivated, driven to provide exceptional customer service, active listening, communication skills with attention to detail and ability to work independently
Proficiency with computers and strong typing skills
Prior experience in a high-volume call center or similar customer service role
Preferred
Knowledge of scheduling/dispatch software: Service Titan or other scheduling software is a plus
