Responsibilities
Provide warm, courteous greetings and exceptional service to all members and guests upon arrival and departure
Provide menus and explain daily specials to guests
Take Food & Beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Input orders into the point of sales system with attention to detail
Communicate any special requests or dietary restrictions to the kitchen staff
Prepare drinks and/or serve wine
Serve food & beverages in a timely manner, ensuring presentations and quality
Monitor and anticipate guest’s needs throughout the dining experience
Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and dining area
Present checks to guests for signatures
Qualification
Required
Must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid TIPS certification
Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds
Able to stand, walk, and be physically active for extended periods
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Must be punctual, reliable, and demonstrate strong attention to detail
Preferred
High school diploma or equivalent or a minimum of two years of restaurant, private club, hotel and banquet experience
TABC Certified, Serve Safe Certified desirable
