Ashley Global Retail is seeking a motivated and organized MRO Store Coordinator to manage their Maintenance, Repair, and Operations storeroom. The role involves serving as the primary point of contact for internal teams, managing the inventory lifecycle, and ensuring the MRO Store is safe and organized.

Responsibilities

Serve as the primary point of contact for our internal teams, providing excellent customer service while distributing parts, tools, and supplies

Manage the full inventory lifecycle, including receiving, stocking, cycle counts, and maintaining accurate records in our system

Handle all shipping and receiving duties, from unloading trucks and inspecting shipments to packaging items and creating shipping labels

Process tool loans, fill parts orders, and manage back-ordered items efficiently

Ensure the MRO Store is safe, clean, and organized at all times

Qualification

Required

Experience in a warehouse, stockroom, or inventory role

A customer-first mindset and great communication skills

Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail

The ability to obtain and maintain PIV (forklift, high lift) certifications

Basic computer proficiency in inventory and shipping systems

Physical ability to handle the demands of a warehouse environment (lifting, standing, moving)
