Responsibilities
Assemble products using basic hand tools and power tools, following established procedures and safety guidelines
Test and calibrate electronic components using automated test software to ensure products meet quality standards and specifications
Inspect completed assemblies for quality, identifying and correcting any defects or inconsistencies
Maintain a consistent pace of work to achieve production targets and uphold quality requirements
Package and prepare finished products for shipment, ensuring all items are securely packed and properly labeled
Complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes while keeping the work area clean and organized
Communicate clearly and effectively with other staff members to support teamwork and resolve any issues that arise during the production process
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED
1 year of professional experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably with product assembly
Basic familiarity with basic hand and power tools
Basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft 365 and ERP systems
Must be able to follow written and verbal instructions in English
Preferred
Shipping / Receiving experience a plus
Ability to perform soldering on both through-hole (TH) and surface-mount technology (SMT) electronic components, highly preferred
Basic electronics and troubleshooting knowledge, highly preferred
