Ecommerce Project Manager

Responsibilities
Lead and manage ecommerce projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans using tools like Microsoft Project and Jira
Implement Agile methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum practices, to enhance team productivity and project delivery
Oversee the development of test cases and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle
Utilize cloud computing platforms such as AWS for infrastructure management and deployment of ecommerce solutions
Conduct regular analysis of project progress, utilizing SQL databases for data-driven decision-making and reporting
Foster effective communication among team members, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure transparency and collaboration throughout the project
Manage project schedules, resources, and budgets while adhering to IT governance standards and best practices in disaster recovery
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in project management within an ecommerce or IT environment
Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies such as PMBOK and Waterfall
Lead and manage ecommerce projects from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with business goals and timelines
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and develop detailed project plans using tools like Microsoft Project and Jira
Implement Agile methodologies, including Kanban and Scrum practices, to enhance team productivity and project delivery

Excellent organizational skills with a keen ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Strong negotiation skills with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively while maintaining positive relationships
