Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver projects aligned with business strategy, goals, and timelines
Translate business requirements into actionable plans, adjusting strategies as needed to meet objectives
Manage project scope, schedules, deliverables, resource allocation across multiple business units
Ensure technical feasibility and compliance with regulatory and quality standards (e.g., QMS, FDA)
Collaborate with stakeholders to communicate progress, align expectations, and maintain strong relationships
Oversee project budgets, control costs, and resolve discrepancies
Identify, assess, and mitigate technical, regulatory, and commercial risks
Maintain accurate technical documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or business (Master's preferred)
10+ years of medical device development experience, including 6+ years in program management
Proven success managing complex projects within scope, budget, and timeline
Strong technical background in device invention, testing, and validation
Skilled in cross-functional leadership, strategic planning, and stakeholder communication
Proficient in risk management, problem-solving, and data-driven decision making
Familiarity with ISO 13485, FDA regulations, and quality systems
Experience with Agile methodologies, PMP certification, and Six Sigma
Understanding of medical device software development and validation
