US Founding Account Executive - Agentic AI Messaging/Automation (High-Growth Series B | Uncapped Commission)

They are seeking a Founding Account Executive to lead their U.S. market entry, responsible for building the market, developing sales strategies, and engaging with key customers to drive revenue growth.
Responsibilities
Own and execute the end-to-end sales cycle—from initial prospecting and qualification to closing foundational deals and securing early market traction with key U.S. customers
Conduct in-depth market analysis and competitive intelligence to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and strategic sales opportunities within key U.S. verticals
Tailor SleekFlow’s product pitch, messaging, and positioning to meet the specific needs of U.S. buyers
Drive outbound sales efforts while strategically experimenting with inbound tactics (e.g., partner channels, SEO, events) to build a robust sales pipeline
Conduct customer discovery interviews and create insight reports on buyer personas and local competitors to refine sales strategies and enhance product-market fit
Serve as the primary voice of the U.S. market, providing structured feedback and driving alignment with Product, Marketing, and HQ leadership on sales positioning and integration needs
Generate and grow a qualified sales pipeline, establishing credibility and trust with early adopters and partners
Develop and document a repeatable sales process, including refined sales methodologies, Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definitions, and effective objection handling techniques
Assist in the development of localized sales content (case studies, decks, success stories) and coordinate with global teams on sales enablement and onboarding as needed
Own regional sales growth metrics, consistently reporting on progress and insights to drive performance
Represent SleekFlow in local partnerships, industry events, and accelerator ecosystems to enhance brand visibility and expand the network
Qualification
Required
2-3 years of solid sales experience in B2B SaaS, specifically targeting the U.S. market
Proven track record of success in early-stage or new market environments (0→1 experience is a significant advantage), demonstrating a strong bias for action and results-driven execution in ambiguous settings
Excellent communication and presentation skills—able to effectively evangelize and educate potential customers
Strong problem-solving abilities and resourcefulness, capable of navigating unforeseen challenges and delivering solutions in a lean environment
Proficient in using CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and other sales engagement and enablement tools
Preferred
Prior experience as a US-based sales operator with early-stage SaaS experience is preferred
Deep domain knowledge in marketing technology, customer messaging, or e-commerce enablement is a plus
