Receiving Attendant (Residential Condo)

KW Property Management and Consulting is seeking a Receiving Attendant to provide friendly and outgoing customer service to residents and guests. The role involves managing incoming packages, maintaining communication with contractors, and ensuring adherence to company policies and safety standards.

Responsibilities

Receives incoming packages and enters information on packing slip into resident software
Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, unpacks, and/or logs inventory which is shipped or received
Inspects shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel
Delivers packages to Front Desk at times, and obtains authorized signatures for accepted items
Traces lost shipments and/or customer claims of lost shipments; initiates proof of delivery documents
May maintain department database, prepare routine reports, and file shipping/receiving records
Follows established company policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety
Receives and logs contractors into the system and contractor log whom will perform work or deliver items to the units
Provide contractor badge along with photo to identify the individual while working inside the building
Maintains communication with Front Desk when a contractor has arrived and advise which unit they will need access for
Communicate with Management Office each time a contractor arrives with building materials or furniture deliveries to ensure they have provided the required elevator deposit
Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned

Required

Must have a minimum of 2 years Front Desk Luxury Hotel experience
Bilingual English/Spanish proficiency is required
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with speed and maintain strict policy guidelines
Working knowledge of Building Operations and interaction with contractors
Highly skilled in managing complex security process and maintaining proper access control process procedures with strict adherence to protocols
Knowledge of access control database systems and computer proficiency
Proficient use of MS Office
Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms
Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull at least 30 lbs

Preferred

Preferred experience managing receiving duties and team collaboration with vendors in a Residential Condo or Commercial Building with high volume of vendors and packages
Security Background is preferred
