Responsibilities

Supporting project managers in the design of municipal, civil, and site engineering projects, including:
Site grading
Storm sewer and storm water management
Hydraulic and Hydrologic modeling
Agricultural engineering design and permitting
Sanitary sewer
Water systems
Roadway design
Preparing project documents, such as specifications, design reports, alternative analyses, permits, agency coordination, and cost estimates
Collaborating with team members to address client needs, ensuring solutions are practical, efficient, and forward-thinking

Required

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, with a focus on site, water resource, agricultural, or municipal design
Registered Professional Engineer in Wisconsin, or the ability to achieve licensure within a defined period
Proficiency or experience in Civil 3D and CAD software
Proficiency or experience in roadway and site grading design
Proficiency or experience in water, sewer, and storm water modeling
Proficiency or experience in municipal infrastructure design
Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on collaboration and stakeholder engagement
Adaptability to learn and apply the latest design standards and tools
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
