Responsibilities
Responsible for taking inbound calls from consumer and mortgage customers
Administers escrow accounts, including tax, insurance and MIP/PMI payments and ensure timely disbursements
Maintains accurate and up-to-date loan records in the system related to customer service notes, insurance maintenance and follow-up and other relevant information
Responsible for the completion and delivery of all payoff quote requests in a timely manner
Generates reports and/or complete project work as needed
Regular and predictable attendance is an essential requirement of the position
Responsible for the completion of all compliance training related to the position
Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements
Performs all other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required

Must understand all applicable laws and regulations that apply to the position and comply with the requirements
High School Diploma/GED required
Ability to travel to all locations as well as ability to travel overnight, as needed for meetings, projects, seminars, etc
Ability to sit for extended periods of time wearing a telephone headset
Ability to effectively listen and elicit information
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to meet or exceed goals and objectives while fostering a team atmosphere
Ability to work effectively in a structured but flexible environment
Basic Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to execute in a fast-paced environment while balancing multiple priorities
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Preferred
One (1) - two (2) years of experience in loan servicing, customer service, or a related field preferred
Knowledge and/or experience with consumer/ mortgage servicing software and/or systems
