Responsibilities

Develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portals and related applications
Build reusable, high-quality, and scalable custom widgets using ServiceNow and front-end technologies
Work with React.js, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to enhance portal functionality and user experience
Integrate portals with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs
Optimize portal performance, usability, and responsiveness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement solutions

Required

Minimum 6 years of ServiceNow development experience

Knowledge of ServiceNow workflows, forms, and integration with external systems
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Preferred

Experience with Agile methodology and working in fast-paced environments
Ability to mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance
