Responsibilities
Lead a small crew of electricians through various industrial automation projects

Troubleshoot electrical systems and resolve technical issues efficiently
Train and mentor team members in electrical techniques and best practices
Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Ability to travel nationwide to project sites as needed
Qualification
Required
Valid Journeyman Electrician license
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
Experience running a crew
Willingness to learn and grow within the industrial automation field
Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
Willingness to travel nationwide as required for project assignments
Preferred
Basic knowledge of controls systems desired; however, we are willing to provide training for the right candidate
