Overseeing and managing the Central Sterile processing Department

Supporting departmental leadership in developing, setting, and executing department goals and the strategic plan
Qualification
Required
Graduate of Sterile Processing Technician program or Scrub Technician program or Registered Nurse (RN) program
Five years' of varied perioperative services experience
Central Supply Processing Department Certification (CSPDT) or Certified Registered Services technician Certification (CRCST)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) within one month of hire
Employee may not at any time have been or be excluded from participation in any federally funded program, including Medicare and Medicaid
Preferred
Two years' of Team Lead/Charge experience
Demonstrated computer skills in Microsoft Word and Word Excel
Demonstrated experience with Impress or similar Instrument Tracking System knowledge
Certification in Healthcare Leadership (CHL) or equivalent manager certification (CNOR)
Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification awarded by the American Heart Association (AHA) at time of hire
