Project Design Coordinator
Building Theory provides a range of services including the multi-disciplinary design of structures and buildings. They are seeking a Project Design Coordinator to assist Project Managers in coordinating project schedules, resources, and documentation while ensuring effective communication with clients and subcontractors.
Design
Responsibilities
Assist Project Managers in coordinating project schedules, resources, and documentation
Prepare and track submittals, RFIs, and project reports
Monitor project progress to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met
Liaise with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure effective communication
Support design reviews, procurement, and construction planning activities
Maintain organized project files and ensure compliance with internal procedures
Qualification
Required
Having a great work attitude, and high values such as hardworking, excellent communication, respect, honesty and professionalism are a must
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or at least 2 years University degree in Civil Engineering
Excellent communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Excellent in speaking, writing, reading, and listening in English
Preferred
International experience or education are welcome
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with MS Project or similar tools is a plus
