Responsibilities
Provide general home services to customers
Lead project teams
Perform bathroom upgrades and remodels
Conduct drywall repair, patching, and caulking
Handle flooring repair and installation
Carry out general carpentry and home repairs
Manage kitchen repair and remodel
Execute minor plumbing and electrical tasks
Paint interior and exterior surfaces
Install and repair fences
Qualification
Required
10 or more years of paid experience in general carpentry and handyman work
Proficient in miscellaneous around-the-house type repairs like carpentry, basic plumbing, drywall, painting, and basic electrical
Driver's license
Reliable vehicle
Standard set of tools
Legal citizen of the US
Fluent in English
Preferred
Experience in bathroom upgrades/remodel
