Responsibilities
Design and implement innovative marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and grow referral sources
Cultivate and maintain strong partnerships with healthcare facilities, senior organizations, and other key stakeholders
Actively seek new referral opportunities and manage relationships with referral partners to ensure a consistent pipeline of potential clients
Respond promptly to all service inquiries, educate potential clients on our services, and guide them through the onboarding process
Conduct research to identify trends in senior care needs, track marketing effectiveness, and refine strategies based on insights
Ensure smooth coordination between referral partners, clients, and our care team to provide seamless service
Represent Comfort Caregiver LLC at community events, health fairs, and networking gatherings to promote our services
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in community outreach, marketing, or business development, preferably in healthcare, home care, or senior services
Self-motivated and results-driven with a proactive approach to networking and relationship-building
Charismatic personality with strong communication and presentation skills to engage various stakeholders
Familiarity with digital marketing and social media for outreach and engagement
Ability to work independently and strategically drive referral growth
Passion for senior care and improving the lives of aging individuals
Reliable transportation to travel to community events, meetings, and referral sources
